Transcript fees must be paid before the transcript is prepared. Official transcript fees are $10 each and can be paid using our secure Egiving.org payment processing portal (it accepts major credit cards or ACH payments). Additional charges may apply if we are requested to send the transcript by express mail. Official transcripts bear the signature of the Academic Affairs VP and the seal of the institution. As practices of communities of faith and ministry are in a steady flux, schools find themselves in a new educational world. It is our prayer that God will continue to send students to PBCTS ready to learn and grow. Alumni, we need you. We hope you will be encouraged to join the Alumni Association and that you start by contacting the (New) Office of Alumni Relations. In any case, wherever you go in the world, you will always have a place at Providence Bible College and Theological Seminary.
